ORDERS, SHIPPING, & RETURNS
Order Lead Time
In stock items will ship in 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order, special order, and out of stock items will ship within 6-8 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.
If your order is a rush, please email and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Signature is required upon delivery. Novak Jewelers is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Novak Jewelers is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Novak Jewelers for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
All orders shipped within Missouri are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.
All sales are final. Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all return policy requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Novak Jewelers has the right to approve or reject any return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
