RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Novak Jewelers. You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate your return. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 5-7 business days to ensure it adheres to our return guidelines.
